The Tennessee Department of Health (TDH) Office of Primary Prevention spearheaded the Trails - Recreation - Environment - Community (TREC) project to inventory Tennessee's recreational assets, such as parks, trails, and greenways, for the purpose of accessibility, promotion, and identifying underserved areas.
