Tribal Engagement Resources

This resource bundle includes examples from the Arizona SCORP that support Tribal engagement throughout the SCORP planning process. Materials include a Tribal Engagement Summary of Outreach Efforts tracking spreadsheet and sample communications for informing Tribes that the SCORP process is beginning and initiating Tribal consultation. Together, these examples demonstrate ways to organize and document Tribal outreach and provide clear, consistent communication about the planning process. Other states can use these materials as adaptable starting points for planning, tracking, and documenting Tribal engagement as part of their own SCORP process.
